Warranty
2 year International limited warranty on movement, workmanship and materials.
During the warranty period the watch movement, hands, dial, and the structural integrity of the case are the only components expressly covered. Warranty coverage is non-transferable unless proof of original purchase from Arethusa Watch Co. is presented when making a claim. Warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
Normal periodic service is not covered by AWC, please contact your local watch maker for standard servicing needs.
7-day defect-based return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product you receive is incorrect or defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all included parts and accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
